You may be feeling out of alignment, off-balance, not so good. It’s ok to not be 100% every day. When this happens it’s a great opportunity for self-care.
Make sure today you get outside. Spend some time in the fresh air, let the sun into your eyes and skin. Take a walk if you’re up to it. Let the blood move through your body and do its job.
Take active notice of plants and trees. When you observe them and appreciate them, they can help you rebalance. Try to eat as nourishing foods and supplements as you can and drink tons of water for flushing.
Don’t try to force alignment. Simply be with what is. Do what you can and be easy on yourself if mediation or the things that normally work for you aren’t working. Some days are just rest days or off days. And that’s ok if today is that for you.
