The theme of the week is death/rebirth, breakdown/breakthrough, transformation
This week the light is flooding in our subconscious, bringing everything that was hidden under the surface up to be seen. Right now is a good time to detox if you aren’t already, or if you are, this is why the stuffed emotions and thoughts are finally working their way up to the surface. No more repression with food, alcohol or other substances/methods/distractions you’ve been using to avoid these feelings.
You are walking down a path, in a process to a certain destination, so don’t get caught up in “this is going to last forever, just remember to let things pass through on get on their way.
In the past position, I see you finally released something that was emotionally holding you back in relation to your health and body. Something which you were consuming regularly. It could just even be certain types of foods that were causing reactions you weren’t realizing. In the past week, I’ve given up sugar which is known to have control of the emotions and tend to give people depressional type states. I wasn’t experiencing the depression but it was affecting my digestion. Have you released something for the end goal of boosted immune system during this time? Many different food, beverages, substances alter mood. With anxieties being high in the collective right now, leaning on old emotional crutches won’t work, and leaving them behind every step towards your future is what will help you reach where you’re going. Sovereignty.
In the present position I see that your emotions or intuition are at odds with your health and body. I sense some confusion, like you’re playing a guessing game trying to figure out the right combination that might be right for you. Be patient with this process, give the things you’re trying time to regulate. If you’re just now integrating yoga or a new exercise, give your body time to adjust and start toning up or releasing the weight. If you’re trying to release a substance, you might not see release from the grip of addiction overnight, and your emotions may go topsy turvey for a while. But trust the process and commit to it for a certain period of time. Whenever you’re sick or releasing addictions, I’ve learned that there’s always a turning point, when you stick to the commitment, and the thought or emotion you were stuffing comes to the surface to be seen. Sometimes this happens when you have a fever, and sometimes in another scenario, but ultimately you see the truth and then decide which direction you’re going to walk in. The new way is advised.
The challenge or block this week, may be sticking to your commitments. Reminding yourself the gift or the goal at the end of the road. Get a post it. Write the goal down now, and past it to your bathroom mirror, or computer. Somewhere you can see it daily and remember it’s worth the mental and emotional effort.
What’s surrounding you or in the 3d world this week, is going to be challenge and disharmony honestly. I’m getting the threshold guardian energy. Testing you to see how committed you are. As we already have normal life turned topsy turvey, this isn’t going to stabilize this week, but if you can do this now, you can achieve anything anytime in the future. Plus, the only time we have is now. So, step into the present. This new you comes from this new beginning.
The future position shows me, this process isn’t going to be completed within a week. You may feel not quite yourself, a bit out of alignment, you may feel drained, and feel lack of energy and emotionally imbalanced. This is a time to embrace the chaos. Embrace the “I’m not feeling ok”. The thing I learned in mindfulness meditation, is to stop resisting or trying to push away the discomfort. When you accept everything is as it is, is when you truly find the freedom you’re looking for.
Surrender to the process, trust the process. It’s not always fun, but it is always worth it.
