This foot bath helps you calm and ground with the fragrant herbs of Sage, Lavender, Chamomile, Hops and Calendula.
Sage – “In 1551 the herbalist William Turner noted that sage ‘restores natural heat, comforts the vital spirits, helps the memory and quickens the senses.” Sage is antimicrobial, astringent, helps relieve stress and anxiety.
Lavender – “Its dried flowers and essential oil revive the spirits…” helps with anxiety, irritability, headache, and migraine… helps relieve nervous exhaustion
Chamomile – Relaxant, anti-inflammatory, wound healer. Most commonly used European herb.
Hops – Fragrant and known for being added to baths.
Calendula – Helps soothe sore, angry or inflamed skin. anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory. anti-microbial.

How to use:
Get water as hot as you are comfortable, put your herbs and feet in to ground, calm and center yourself. Take time to close your eyes and focus on the fragrant herbs. Be present in the moment. Now is the only time you have.
