Method 1 – Automatic Writing

Conversations with God is one example of automatic writing. You can do this with any spirit, not just god or angels. You can do this method by handwriting or typing on a computer.

Set a comfortable setting. Light a candle or incense, play some peaceful or angelic sounding music.

Setting an intention to connect with the angel you are calling in only and ask Archangel Michael to protect your sacred space for this session with your opening prayer.

Start by thanking them for joining you and ask a question.

Then write the answer you receive, without editing or changing what comes through. Trust what is coming through. Even if it’s a thought or vision or memory and not a complete sentence.

Continue with question and answer until you feel all your questions are complete.

Thank the angel for his/her guidance.
