Start by setting your space. Light a candle, light some incense, or sage your house.
Do a relaxing or centering breathing exercise or meditation.
Call in your angel of choice.
Write a letter to your angel describing what’s happening in your life right now. What your thoughts, feelings, emotions and situation details. Be as detailed as you can. Then at the end of the letter ask for advice, signs, signals on how to think about this situation for healing. Or have signs delivered via messages from others, feathers, numbers, or other signs on how to approach healing this situation.
Put the letter in an envelope on your alter.
Leave it until later in the day or the next day. Review the letter or don’t. Whichever you choose. Then sit in meditation or automatic write for a response from your angel.
Thank your angel and close session.
